Terms of Service

By reading and accepting these Terms of Service, you ("you" or "User") enter into a binding contract with LeadDirectly ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not accept these terms, you may not use the service. Accessing or using LeadDirectly constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
1. Service Description
LeadDirectly is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that allows users to: search public profiles on Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn via hashtag, category and geographic filters; automatically classify found contacts as leads (Hot, Warm, Cold) using AI algorithms; generate personalised first-contact messages (icebreakers) via artificial intelligence; save icebreaker templates to the cloud; generate social media content (Instagram captions, Reel scripts, WhatsApp messages) using artificial intelligence; manage follow-up reminders for each lead; blacklist unwanted contacts to exclude them from future searches; consult search history and view conversion analytics via dashboard charts. The service is intended for adult professionals in network marketing.
2. Registration and Account
To access the service you must create an account providing your full name, a valid email address, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities carried out through your account. Notify LeadDirectly immediately of any unauthorized access at info@leaddirectly.com. Only one account per person or legal entity is permitted.

Billing: Monthly payments processed by Stripe Inc. Invoices are issued automatically at each renewal.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from the Settings section.
Refunds: No refunds for already-invoiced periods, unless there is a material service defect attributable to LeadDirectly.
Price changes: We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days' notice by email.
Right of Withdrawal — Waiver for Digital Services
Pursuant to Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable national consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content or services where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal.
By activating a LeadDirectly subscription, the User: (i) expressly consents to the immediate commencement of service provision; (ii) acknowledges that, having commenced use of the service before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period, they irrevocably waive the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law.
4. Acceptable Use
By using LeadDirectly, you agree NOT to: violate Instagram's Terms of Use; collect data for spam, phishing or harassment; resell leads to third parties; attempt unauthorized access to LeadDirectly's systems; use the service in violation of applicable laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.); circumvent plan limits through multiple accounts; reverse engineer the software. You are solely responsible for compliance with GDPR and applicable laws when contacting prospects found through the service.
5. Intellectual Property
The software, design, brand, logos, interfaces and original content are the exclusive property of LeadDirectly. The data and leads generated through your account are your property. LeadDirectly does not claim rights over the content you create or the information you collect using the service.
6. Service Availability
LeadDirectly strives to maintain service availability but does not guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that search results will achieve specific business objectives.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LeadDirectly is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits or data, or third-party behavior related to leads generated through the service. LeadDirectly's maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the event that caused the damage.
8. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of Terms violation, non-payment, illegal or fraudulent activity. You may cancel your account at any time from Settings or by writing to info@leaddirectly.com. Your data will be deleted within 30 days of cancellation, subject to legal retention obligations.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Privacy and Personal Data
The processing of personal data collected through the service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also declare that you have read the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For EU consumers, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence also apply. Contact: info@leaddirectly.com
